Whenever international and multicultural contacts are part of your professional surrounding, you will need to demonstrate intercultural competence – an important soft skill and crucial element in the management of work processes.

  • Stereotypes: basics, interpretation and reality check
  • Structure and specifics of intercultural communication in practice
  • Developing flexible perspectives and identifying common ground
  • Understanding cross-cultural dynamics and using them productively
  • Classifying and understanding conflicts and differences
