If your level in English is B1 or higher, and you need to deal with human resource questions in English, then this course is recommended for you.

Inhalt und Ziele

In this student-centered workshop, you will bolster your English language skills for communicating, collaborating, and excelling in human resource-focused discussions in any English-speaking setting. i.e. by discussing ways to foster a productive workplace environment, ensuring equitable practices, and nurturing a culture of inclusivity and professional growth within an organization.

  • Fluency in HR Language: Master HR-specific English vocabulary, ensuring you can discuss recruitment, employee development, and workplace dynamics with precision.
  • Effective Communication: Acquire language tools to converse with HR professionals, employees, and stakeholders, enabling better information sharing.
  • Negotiating HR Solutions: Hone skills to articulate HR-related challenges and solutions in English, equipping you to negotiate confidently and drive positive outcomes.
  • Employee Engagement Conversations: Develop techniques for discussing workforce satisfaction, motivation, and engagement in English, fostering a productive work environment.
